Repeat Prescriptions

If you are already a Clinic51 patient, and would like to request a repeat prescription, please complete the relevant form further down this page.

An annual consultation is required, if you would like us to provide medication on an on-going basis.

Our annual charge for processing non-Weight Loss repeat prescriptions is £50. If we hold card details for you, this will be processed automatically - otherwise you will be invoiced. This is our charge for preparing the prescription, and doesn’t include the cost of the medication  and postage, if applicable. You will pay the chemist directly for medication.

Prescriptions will be sent to one of our partners pharmacies: Cordons Pulborough (Kamsons) and Signature Rx, or more information, click here.

It can take up to a week for you to receive confirmation from Signature RX or Corden's that your prescription is ready for postage or collection. If you require your medication more urgently please ring or email us direct.

We are only able to issue private prescriptions. You may want to talk to your GP about whether they are happy to prescribe for you on the NHS, sharing a copy of your last clinic letter can help facilitate this.

If you would like more information on the NHS HRT prepayment scheme, you can find the details here. Please note that contraception is free on the NHS.

About Repeat Prescriptions at Clinic51

HRT Repeat Prescriptions

Please be aware that HRT can be subject to supply issues. We are given regular stock updates from both our partner pharmacies but sometimes if a product is unavailable, we may need to use a different chemist, or temporarily swap you to an alternative.

There are currently serious supply shortages of Estradot patches, of all strengths. Therefore it is likely that you will be dispensed an alternative patch. Please let us know in the Further Information box if you have a preference. Lutigest is no longer available, please speak to your doctor about an alternative.

All prescriptions are for 3 months supply. If you need a different amount please let us know in the comments box.

If you have chosen 'Other' in the dropdown above, please add a note here:
If we have prescribed you testosterone, an initial blood test is required at 3 months. Blood monitoring is then required annually, ideally just before your annual review. Please choose your testosterone medication from the drop down menu

This will be taken from my card (if details are already held by Clinic51), or invoiced prior to the prescription being provided.
